Continental was founded in 2008 as Atlas Title Agency, LLC. Atlas recently rebranded as Continental Land Title Company, LLC in 2020. Continental is affiliated with Robinson Franzman, LLP and has been providing real estate title insurance and closing services for over nearly twenty years. Continental is your one-stop-shop for all of your commercial real estate title and closing needs and prides itself on providing superior work product, efficient and responsive services around the country to real estate investors, owners, lenders, and developers of commercial real estate.

    LEASEHOLD POLICIES

    Leasehold policies validate that the landlord is the actual owner of the property and is authorized to enter in the lease agreement. The policy also informs the tenant that if there are any mortgages, liens or other encumbrances against the property that those instances may have priority over the tenant’s leasehold interest.
