    LEASEHOLD POLICIES

    Leasehold policies validate that the landlord is the actual owner of the property and is authorized to enter in the lease agreement. The policy also informs the tenant that if there are any mortgages, liens or other encumbrances against the property that those instances may have priority over the tenant’s leasehold interest.
